ABM Automazione is a young and dynamic company with a long-time experience in the industrial automation field, matured through collaboration with major international customers. These experiences allow ABM Automazione to face all the different needs of the industrial automation market with the utmost professionalism, supporting the customer at all stages of project development and providing technical assistance in every part of the world both with the direct intervention of its skilled personnel and by means of systems for remote connection.
Electric Panels
ABM Automazione develops and builds several types of electrical panels: power center, PLC control, motion control, vibration and temperature monitoring, for hazardous areas, withdrawable units MCC, including customized panels according to customer requirements. The electrical panels are assembled, wired and tested by specialized personnel at the company workshop. The tests of the electrical panels are performed by simulating the operation of the system in which they will operate.
All ABM Automazione electrical switchboards are in accordance with the reference standards (such as Cenelec, UL, CSA, etc.) For each panel all the reference technical documentation (as wiring diagrams, components list, internal over-temperature testing, functional logic diagrams, available equipment, declaration of conformity and test certificate, etc.) are edited and provided.
ABM Machinery
ABM Automazione has been operating for a long time on machineries for the tire retreading industry and has acquired, through its business, a know-how that has allowed it to develop its own range of machineries for this sector.
Industrial Automation
In the field of industrial automation ABM Automazione is capable to provide a full support to its customers, from the engineering and the installation of hardware and software components to the technical assistance for the startup and troubleshooting.
The software used to develop the user/machine interface are well integrated in the automatic system and allow to fit the customers requirements.
